CBRE Investment Management (“CBRE IM”) has appointed Krijn Taconis as Head of Transactions in the Netherlands. Krijn will focus on business development and complex acquisition and disposal processes in the Netherlands, while collaborating closely with the wider EMEA teams.
As well as developing and leading transaction strategies to acquire and sell real estate assets, he will be responsible for execution of transactions and will oversee the implementation of real estate plans, helping to achieve clients’ goals. He will be part of CBRE IM’s Dutch local leadership team.
Krijn has a more than 30 years transaction track record in multiple asset classes, including homes, shops and offices. Furthermore, Krijn is familiar with the wider CBRE company as he was also previously Head of Retail at CBRE Advisory where he developed significant experience in retail transactions.
